Project and implementation of HMS app (with touch interface and work ergonomics) for managing apartments remotely.
Złota 44 is not only a building with beautiful apartments. Our client wanted it to be managed in a high modern way. But to manage apartments well, he had to put a lot of factors together: name, type, layout, visualisation, automatic control and integration all systems in the network of the building.
By working in the SCRUM model, we created an app, which let include all functionalities of the building.
We created a special model apartment, which worked as a prototype and let us conduct tests in a real time and real environment. Design and interface were compatible with touch panels in the apartments. Tool was also integrated with BMS system via oBIX protocol.
We created an app which satisfied even the most demanding customers of our Client.
