The 3rd largest shopping mall in Warsaw needed a website that would be clear and informative and at the same time enable proper presentation of 220 vendors. Since Galeria Mlociny’s offer includes not only shops, but also restaurants, a cinema, numerous services and cultural events, it was important to come up with a project that allows presentation of a lot of information in a transparent and non-overwhelming form. Our goal was to give the impression that despite its size Galeria Młociny is a friendly and well-organized place.
The first stage of our work aimed at defining the target – a workshop with the customer helped us determine the profiles of website users and mall’s visitors, their needs, expectations, lifestyles and values. We have come to a conclusion that a project needs to “be alive” – constantly changing to engage users in interaction and encourage them visit the site frequently. The resulting website is light, responsive and modern, evokes positive associations and reflects best global trends.
The website that we designed dynamically selects and displays offers on the basis of browsing history. As a result during each consecutive visit every user receives more and more information that will potentially interest him the most.
Information about opening hours, offer, services and contact options for individual tenants are embedded in a map that is connected to the search engine. We have also designed “News” and “Discounts” panels in a way that enables our customer to add new items easily and without our help. For the convenience of visitors the “Directions” tab has been integrated with Google Maps.
